Right in the heart of our Eco-City, we plan to create a unique public space a multifunctional domed building that will serve as a place for residents to meet, socialize, create, learn, and grow together.
We see this center not merely as an architectural structure, but as the living heart of the community, where people of all ages can come together, share experiences, bring ideas to life, and foster an atmosphere of mutual support and cooperation.
The dome shape of the building was not chosen by chance. It symbolizes unity, harmony, and wholeness. A space without sharp corners creates a special atmosphere of openness, comfort, and natural interaction among people. In addition, dome structures are highly energy-efficient, durable, and environmentally friendly qualities that are fully in line with the principles of our project.
A Space for All Generations. The center will be open to residents of all ages. The following events will be held here:
- community meetings;
- educational programs and lectures;
- cultural events and concerts;
- creative workshops and craft classes;
- children’s educational programs;
- family celebrations;
- movie screenings and themed evenings;
- gatherings for sharing experiences and knowledge;
- wellness practices, yoga, and meditation classes;
- exhibitions, fairs, and festivals.
We aim to create a place where everyone can find an activity they enjoy and feel part of a large, friendly community.
A Warm Community Center During the Cold Season
The domed building will play a particularly important role in the fall and winter.
During the cold season, it will become a comfortable recreational space where residents can spend time in warmth and coziness, socialize, work, read, engage in creative activities, or simply relax surrounded by live plants and natural materials.
We plan to create a winter garden atmosphere inside, with plenty of natural light, greenery, and relaxation areas. This will allow people to stay connected to nature even during the coldest months of the year.
A Space for Children and Families
Special attention will be given to children. The center will feature play and educational spaces where children can learn through creativity, exploring nature, hands-on activities, and collaborative projects.
We believe that the future of sustainable communities begins with raising a new generation in an atmosphere of respect for nature, responsibility, and mutual support.
Center for Culture and Community Life. The Dome Center will become a birthplace for new initiatives and projects.
It will host discussions on the development of Eco City, working group meetings, presentations of new ideas, and community events.
Every resident will be able to participate in decision-making and contribute to the community’s development.
