In the central part of our eco-cities, we plan to develop the inner ring of the residential sector with 2-story townhouses containing 4–8 apartments.
These townhouses are designed to accommodate eight 1-bedroom apartments or four 2-story, 2-bedroom apartments.
Combined floor plans are also possible, such as four one-bedroom units and two two-bedroom units.
Each townhouse will have an adjacent lot for the residents’ personal use, with each apartment allocated its own private plot for a garden and small architectural features. In this way, townhouse residents will enjoy all the same benefits as owners of single-family homes.
Apartments in the townhouses may be purchased by city residents who, during the initial phase of their relocation, do not wish to build single-family homes for themselves.
In addition, some of the townhouses will be built using the city’s public funds and will be rented on a temporary basis to new prospective city residents and young families who are unable to build a detached house or purchase a townhouse unit for permanent occupancy.
The architectural design for the townhouse project is based on the timber-frame construction method. The cost of such construction is significantly lower than that of brick houses, so the price of housing for interested buyers will be very low.
We invite you to review the project:
